About the Role
Responsibilities
Window Cleaning
Clean windows for residential and commercial clients to a high standard, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Perform additional tasks such as cleaning screens, frames, and sills as needed.
Maintain and care for equipment (ladders, squeegees, cleaning solutions, etc.).
Customer Interaction
Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after the job.
Address client questions or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
Safety & Protocols
Follow all safety protocols, including ladder use and proper handling of equipment.
Complete jobs in a timely manner without compromising quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site.
Tools & Resources
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you become a highly skilled window cleaner.
Equipment: All necessary cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided.
Support: Ongoing support from supervisors and the team to help you succeed.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and performance. $20/hr to start out and up to $30/hr
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for excellent work and customer satisfaction.
Flexible Hours: Ability to work around your personal schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
Requirements For Window Cleaning Proffesional
Education:
Enrolled in college or recently graduated (preferably pursuing studies in marketing, sales, business, or related fields, but not mandatory).
Physical Fitness:
Comfortable working with tools and equipment at sometimes weird angles.
Transportation:
Reliable means of transportation to job sites (car, bike, etc.).
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours to accommodate your class schedule (weekdays and occasional weekends).
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Background Check:
Willing to undergo a background screening as part of the hiring process.
