Responsibilities
Door-to-Door Outreach:
Visit residential and commercial areas to promote window cleaning services.
Distribute flyers, brochures, or other marketing materials.
Collect contact information or schedule appointments for the cleaning team.
Affiliate Marketing:
Use personalized referral codes or links to track sales generated.
Promote the company’s services through personal networks, social media, or local events.
Share testimonials, photos, or videos of successful window cleaning jobs.
Tracking and Reporting:
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Report daily/weekly progress to the company.
Brand Representation:
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image.
Tools & Resources
Promotional Materials: Flyers, business cards, brochures, and branded apparel (provided by the company).
Sales Training: Access to training programs or guides on selling and marketing the company’s services.
Tech Support: Mobile apps or tools to track sales, appointments, and referrals.
Marketing Toolkit: Personalized affiliate links, discount codes, or online dashboards for monitoring performance.
Compensation
Base Pay: $16.50 Hourly (for door knockers).
Commission: For each successful sale, you’ll receive 5%-10% of the total job value (average $16–$32 per sale), allowing you to boost your earnings based on performance. The harder you work, the more you earn!
Flexible Work Hours: Ability to work around class schedules.

Basic Qualifications
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Education: Enrolled in college or recently graduated (preferably pursuing studies in marketing, sales, business, or related fields, but not mandatory).
Availability: Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, or during peak sales seasons.
Residency: Must reside in the service area of the window cleaning company.
Skills & Traits
Confidence: Ability to approach strangers, engage in conversations, and present services with self-assurance and professionalism.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication to engage potential customers effectively.
Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques or a willingness to learn on the job.
Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts (e.g., tracking referrals, using promotional materials).
Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and knock on doors for extended periods.
Customer-Oriented Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and persuasive demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections or questions from customers with confidence and composure.
Additional Requirements
Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach different neighborhoods.
